Using UVIO Services

You may request services through project agreements or ongoing retainer plans. Deliverables will be outlined in your agreement with us.
Payment & Refunds
Project services are billed as outlined in individual agreements. Payment terms are specified per project.
You may cancel ongoing services as described in your agreement. However, payments already made for completed work are non-refundable.
Refunds are only available for services explicitly marked as refundable in your agreement. No refunds will be issued for partially completed project milestones unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Intellectual Property
Using our Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our deliverables or content until full payment is received and ownership transfer is specified in your agreement. You may not use our content, branding, or logos without written permission.
Misuse of Services
You may not misuse our Services. This includes attempting to interfere with or gain unauthorized access to systems. Services must be used only as permitted by law and these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services in cases of misuse.
General Conditions
